Alfa - フィレンツェ

It is a familiy hotel. The staff is members of that family and they are very kind and helpful. The room was clean. We stayed in a quadrupole room. The room and the bathroom was big enough for 4 people. The breakfast was ok. You shouldn't expect excellent breakfast from this kind of budget hotel. You have jam, nutella, bread and tea or coffee. Although it is not very close to main attraction points (~15 min walk) it is placed in very nice and tranquil neighborhood.

The room that we stayed was next to the reception. All telephone rings and doorbells can be easily heard from the room. It was a little bit disturbing.

Very friendly staff. Feels like you're staying at your italian grandmothers. The rooms are a huge for what you see in Europe and you even get your own bathroom (although it's tiny). The rooms are pretty old, but it didn't feel dirty. I would recommend, especially because of the great walking distance to sites like the Duomo.

It met my expectations. We even had our own swamp cooler in our room which was awesome for the 90 degrees outside.

Location was hand to C.m Florence train station. Size and decor of room.

Ridiculously noisy, so much we struggled to sleep at night due to the street noise.

We liked the feel of the place, it was warm and forst look was nice.

The rooms were smelling badly in the night, need to improve on cleanliness.

If you are going with car, forget this one...The hotel doesnt not provide some parking spaces and parking on the streets around is simply horrible, there are also city center restritions.

The staff is very friendly and location is very acceptable: just 15min walking to downtown. So for the price is excellent offer.

It's crazy for parking. Don't use the Hotel If you are with car - it's almost impossible to park and it's very expensive. But this is not the problem of the Hotel - it's general problem in Florence.

Location was good, room looked family-style and cozy and the staff was very helpful (in particular, they helped me to fix the broken handle of my suitcase which was very sweet of them).

You can go from centre train station hotel in maxsimum 10 minutes by taxi. the hotel rooms are clean. .in room there are vantilator on table.. so you can cool the room. you can go to Duamo city centre by 2 buses change easily . the hotel people are kind. they help us to give Firenze information.

Es un hotel recomendable y muy economico para pasar unos días y visitar esa hermosa ciudad que es Florencia. El trato del personal es muy bueno y te ayudan con todas las dudas que te puedan surgir. Excelente para mochileros y jovenes.

La única pega que le pongo es el tamaño de los baños, con lo grande que es la habitación los baños son excesivamente estrechos e incomodos.

Nos ha encantado el hotel, especialmente por el trato del staff, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con amabilidad. La habitación era limpia, amplia y confortable para 4 personas.
